Myojo Seafood Tonkotsu Ramen

Ramen is one of our favorite comfort foods. We made this delicious Seafood Tonkotsu ramen using Myojo noodles. Each pack comes with two servings of fresh ramen noodles and rich soup base. We kept it simple with our ramen toppings. You can add anything you want. Myojo noodles are quick and easy to make at home; they can be found at various stores like HMart, GW Supermarket, Mitsuwa, 99 Ranch Market, and online stores.

Ingredients

Servings: 2

  • 1 package Seafood Tonkotsu Ramen

  • Pork belly (marinated in soy sauce & garlic powder), sliced

  • 1/2 cup Corn

  • 1 Nori sheet, cut in triangle

  • 2 Scallions, chopped

  • Narutomaki (Japanese fish cake with pink spiral in the center), sliced

  • Soft boiled egg (cooked 6 minutes)

Instructions

  1. Cook Myojo noodles for 1 min. 15 secs.

  2. While noodles are cooking, pour Myojo soup base packet into a bowl. Add 1 1/4 cups of boiling water to the soup base and mix well.

  3. Drain cooked noodles and add to the soup.

  4. Prepare your favorite toppings and assemble your ramen bowl. Enjoy!
